Cancellation Policy
RAM Enterprises is committed to providing all of our clients exceptional service. We realize emergencies and other scheduling conflicts arise and are sometimes unavoidable. However, advance notice allows us to fulfill another client’s scheduling needs and keeps us operating at the most
efficient level. Due to our one-on-one appointments, missed appointments are a significant inconvenience when a patient cancels without giving enough notice.
Please call us at (443) 641-9419 at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. Alternatively, if you scheduled your time using the online scheduling feature, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment 4 hours prior to your scheduled time. If prior notification is not given, you may be charged an fee for the missed appointment.

Log files
RAM Enterprises follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include:
