Its Official!

Well, as of tonight my candidacy for Eastern Region Vice President is
official. Though I’ve spoken to a number of Brothers throughout the
region, it was clear that until I had an opportunity to get a sense of
how Delta Lambda would feel about me running for a higher office during my final term, nothing would move forward. Tonight they’ve, in essence, given their blessing.

Now on to what will very likely be a very interesting campaign. There
are a number of Brothers who are supportive of this effort, and a number who have offered assistance in their own way. I’m very appreciative of the number of Brothers who have (in one form or another) indicated their support.

First stop on the campaign trail, the Alpha Congressional Black Caucus reception. While I don’t believe it appropriate to distribute campaign material, it is important for me to be present to speak with Brothers one-on-one.
