So as I get more into the code for this project, I’m learning or thinking a lot more logically. Need to take my time and read through things a little more often. Spent most of the time this week putting something together that will [temper my manager].

How do you get someone to focus on what’s mutually beneficial and not just what they need or want done? When will they relent?
